Eco Wallchem Concrete is a functional economical cementitious coating system with the specific purpose to allow water vapour to evaporate from the substrate, but not allowing any water penetrating the substrate from the exterior environment.
To allow damp, saturated walls to breathe vapour out without the paint peeling using membrane nano-technology. The particle size of water vapour is 11.5nm and that of water liquid 15.5nm. To cover small hairline cracks. To keep fungal growth at bay and prevent water penetration. Eco Wallchem coat is also environmentally friendly, containing no VOC’s and do not leave an unpleasant smell, once applied.
